Barcelona Set to Play Inaugural Match at Renovated Camp Nou this Saturday

Barcelona have announced their first game will take place at the still-under-construction Camp Nou this Saturday. They will welcome the Bilbao team in La Liga 30 months after they moved out so building work could begin.

“We envisioned this comeback. The moment has arrived. Home again at Spotify Camp Nou.”

Attendance will be limited but 45,401 spectators will be allowed to watch as per the current authorization. When completed, the Camp Nou is due to hold over 104,000 attendees, up from the previous 99,000. Officials confirmed finished work included a new players’ tunnel along with upgraded changing facilities.
